Pesto
Pesto has lots of flavour and works best when combined with pasta or mild flavoured meats, fish or vegetables.

Fresh Products
White Bean and Roast Garlic – spread generously on grilled sourdough and drizzle with olive oil and chopped parsley, or use as a dip for crudités .
Basil Pesto – tossed with soft fetta or with a little olive oil and shaved parmesan and add to fresh pasta .
Hummus with Orange Zest – spoon generously over barbecued lamb kebabs.
Beetroot & Horseradish Dip – a dollop of beetroot dip over grilled chicken breast with a little yoghurt and chopped mint.
Rocket, Pistachio & Chilli Pesto - spread on sheets of filo pastry, add some soft
Roast Capsicum, Mint & Coriander Salsa - served as a salsa with any grilled fish (salmon is wonderful).
