All products are free of preservatives and most are gluten, dairy and sugar free. Reg and Penny are involved in every step from recipe formulation through production and marketing, to deliver the best product to all their customers.

All our products are made in a high tech food factory. The shelf life products are packaged in glass jars

220g jar and have a shelf life of 2 years and last for weeks in the refrigerator once opened. The fresh products are made to order and delivered within days for a three week refrigerated life.
